Adult Sports

Rutherford County Rec sponsors adult activities at locations throughout the county. Check in with your community recreation site  for adult offerings. Some sites offer open gym time for high school and older participants. Other sites have specific activities designed strictly for adults: Eagleville has a Volleyball Night for adults. LaVergne High has open gym basketball games that high schoolers and adults can plug into. Other sites allow parents to participate with their child. Hopefully, there are activities you may participate in at Rec Center near you.
